What if Bethesda was instead making a Daggerfall or Arena remake with HD graphics, better and more playable gameplay, voice acting, better models, etc. Would you like it? would you hate it and just want a Skyrim remake or TES6 instead?
I hope you remake Elder Scrolls 1 Arena and Elder Scrolls 2 Daggerfall for the Xbox 360 and Ps3. The reason why i am saying this is because for those of us that didnt get a chance to play it (because we were to young at the time or because it wont work on new computers) get a chance to play them on the new consols. The trailer, entitled 'The First Dawn,' focuses on perhaps the most memorable part of Oblivion--namely, the prison escape and subsequent journey into the outdoors that represents the earliest chunk of the 2006 RPG. It provides a look at the enhanced visuals made possible by using the Skyrim engine.
Skyblivion has been in the works for well over a year now courtesy of the TESRenewal community, which is also responsible for Skywind, a similar project that involves Morrowind and Skyrim's technology.
Version 0.1 of Skyblivion was released in March 2013, and according to an FAQ accompanying the new trailer, it now stands at version 0.2. Unfortunately, development is not yet far along enough for anything playable to be released to the public. As this is a project spearheaded by volunteers, there's no timetable for when it will be completed, but capable fans are encouraged to get involved with its development on TESRenewal's forums.
